Refund policy

Refunds are applicable only after your return or replacement request has been approved as per our Return Policy.

Refunds will be processed only for eligible cases, such as:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong/incorrect product received

All requests are subject to proper verification. Once approved, the product may need to be returned to our warehouse before the refund is processed.


Return & Refund Timeline

  • The return process may take approximately 4–6 working days, depending on pickup and transit timelines.
  • After the returned product is received and successfully verified at our warehouse, the refund will be initiated.

Refund Processing Time

Once the refund is initiated, it may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
