Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At KIMTI, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services all over India.

• COD is available only on orders above ₹500.
• To confirm a COD order, customers are required to pay a prepaid shipping charge of ₹199 in advance.
• The remaining order amount can be paid at the time of delivery while receiving the package.

Please note:

• The ₹199 shipping charge is mandatory and non-refundable for all COD orders.
• Orders will be processed only after successful payment of the prepaid shipping fee.
• KIMTI reserves the right to cancel COD orders in case of non-confirmation or unforeseen issues.
