6-Month Limited Warranty for Anti-Tarnish Products

This 6-Month Limited Warranty ("Warranty") applies exclusively to anti-tarnish products purchased directly from Kimti ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing and using our products, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Warranty Coverage

This Warranty covers:

  • Tarnishing beyond normal use: If your anti-tarnish product tarnishes despite following our recommended care instructions, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to accidents: Includes drops, impacts, or other unforeseen events.

  • Improper use: Mishandling, including stretching, bending, or twisting the product beyond its intended use.

  • Exposure to chemicals or perfumes: Includes but is not limited to cleaning agents, chlorinated water, cosmetics, and fragrances.

  • Normal wear and tear: Includes gradual fading, minor scratches, or other cosmetic changes over time.

  • Loss or theft: The Warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim under this Warranty:

  1. Contact us: Email support@kimti.in with the subject line "Warranty Claim – Order ID [Your Order ID]."

  2. Provide necessary details: Include the following in your email:

    • Your Order ID.

    • A clear description of the issue.

    • Photos or videos showing the issue, clearly displaying the condition of the product.

  3. Response timeline: Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days and provide further instructions.

4. Resolution Options

Upon validating your claim, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective product.

  • Replace it with a similar product.

  • Issue a partial or full refund (only in cases where repair or replacement is not possible).

5. Shipping and Handling for Warranty Claims

Customers have two options for shipping:

  • Self-shipping: You can ship the product to us at your own expense. We will provide the return address upon claim approval.

  • Pickup service: We can arrange a pickup for a nominal fee of ₹250, which must be prepaid before the service is scheduled.

6. Care Instructions

Proper care of your anti-tarnish product is essential to maintain its quality and longevity. Please follow these guidelines:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals.

  • Store the product in a separate pouch, preferably covered with cotton, to prevent scratches and tarnishing.

  • Clean the product gently with a soft cloth after use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product at the time of purchase. Under no circumstances shall we be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
