  • Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for returns.

  • We kindly request you to check and select the correct ring size before placing your order. As each ring is specially prepared with care and handled under hygiene standards, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for rings ordered in the wrong size.

    This policy applies to all men’s and women’s rings. To ensure the perfect fit, we highly recommend referring to our size guide before making your purchase


Return Process

Return Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

  • A flat return fee of ₹120 applies to accepted returns for size-related issues.

Refund Process

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2-5 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds
