Key Highlights of Our Distinct Return Policy:

  • Size, quality, or personal preference-related returns are not accepted. Refer to product descriptions for size details.
  • Replacements are granted only after meticulous inspection.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a return.

Applicability of the 3-Day Replacement Policy:

This policy applies exclusively to the following cases:

  1. Wrong Item Received: Verification required via an unboxing video.
  2. Defective or Damaged Item: Verification necessary through an unboxing video.

The 3-day replacement policy does not cover:

  • Items damaged or washed by the customer.
  • Items lacking original packaging, including the box and inserts.
  • Items not in their original condition.

To qualify for a replacement, the item must be unworn, unused, with inserts, and in its original packaging.

Our Decision, Your Assurance:

Our team assesses replacements based on customer-supplied pictures and unboxing videos. The team's decision is final. A flat return fee of ₹120 applies to accepted returns for size issues.

Shipping and Returns Details:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds issued to the in-store wallet after deducting shipping fees if delivery is unsuccessful.
  • Customer Overpayment: We are not responsible for overpayment to the courier without checking the COD amount.
  • Requests after the 3-day return policy will not be accommodated.

Approved Returns and Refunds:

  • Approved returns credited to the in-store wallet as a discount code or gift card.
  • No refunds to UPI IDs or bank accounts unless multiple weeks' delays or repeated incorrect/damaged items occur.

Initiating a Return/Replacement:

  1. Give The Order Details at support@kimti.in
  2. Attach the product photos and video and send us the mail.
  3. If eligible, we initiate a return courier request.
  4. Upon return, inspection, and approval, you receive a discount code or gift card.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or wrong items.

Exceptions and Exchanges:

Certain items, like Customized Items, cannot be returned. Refunds are not applicable to Prime range products, but we offer a free 6-month replacement.

For questions or concerns, contact us. We notify you upon return inspection, and if approved, you receive a discount code or gift card for your next order.
